Katharine Lee

Hello and nice to meet you. I stand for all of us as extraordinary beings currently in need of compassionate and self-aware people and communities to help us remember our innate capacities to heal, expand, and create lives beautifully lived in their challenges and joys, both for ourselves and for the "more beautiful world we know is possible." I like the idea that we are story tellers, able to write and rewrite that story consciously if we choose, and that this internal and external narration creates the reality we experience. Complementing this are the self-healing, self-balancing, and self-generating principles of nature, which includes us. This creative action that is always in process can be harnessed to facilitate transformation. I am very experiential in sessions and encourage clients to be curious in the process of discovering and often recovering our whole selves. Complex trauma, depression and anxiety, sexuality, relationships, conflict and communication, addictions, grief, spirituality, and illness have been the focus of both my life experience and academic inquiry. I am interested in working with individuals, couples, and teens. My working hours M-Th are late afternoon/early evening, and morning/afternoon on Friday. It is an honor to witness and walk beside you. May you be well seen and well supported.
