Greetings! Thank you so much for giving your time to participate in this monthly event at PTI which contributes to bringing the Process Model into the psychotherapist community.

This page contains all the information you will need to move forward with presenting your PF lecture. Please email events@processes.org if there are any questions or concerns about presenting the PF.

1. Print Attendance Sheet. Fill top with workshop information. Have it available at the beginning and end of the workshop.

2. Fill out workshop information, including specific learning objectives. Make as many copies as participants.

3. Print out 1 copy/sheet of the CEU certificate (2 up). Sign it on both halves (1 cert for PTI, 1 cert for participant). Make as many copies as needed. When participants turn in evaluation form (and only then!), hand them the certificate. Participant fills out the top and bottom with their info. Participant keeps one half for their records, you take the other for PTI’s records.

4. When you are done with your workshop, please put all the materials: attendance sheet, evaluation forms, and 1/2 page copies of the CEU certificates handed out in Padmini’s mailbox.
